I am following the music trail which is my self reflector, my life soundtrack and aural journalling tool which keeps evolving. I first picked up a guitar at 11 and have been writing songs ever since. I've always loved singing. My music career is my love and my shadow…where i live and learn the most (besides relationships) about my self. I love the spiritual path, the turning back and in and out spirals of self discovery.
Along the way I have learned alot about the subtle energies from practicing reiki and quantum touch and also Thought Field therapy. My music and musical path is now also infused with these new awarenesses.

I believe in the power of positive intention so to be here in a resonant community is wonderfully inspirational!! and very encouraging to meet such a variety of honourably intentioned individuals each time I flirt through these pages.
